We all form some habits. Actually, we all form some habits before 25 years of age. And we keep repeating them all our lives.
You can call them trauma or a good thing or whatever. It’s a habit which is formed with your exposure to the family, to the society, and initial circumstances.

But don’t put too much faith in Western psychology. Why? The father of psychology is Sigmund Freud. He analyzed only European people. Okay. But European people are not representing the whole humanity.
He never analyzed any Indian or a Chinese or an African or a Middle Eastern or a Japanese. Only European psychology.
If you want to know, read Western psychology. You cannot understand Indian mind simply by reading that. Keep that in mind.
He analyses mostly sick people. Mad people.
