A college story about unreturned affection

I had a friend, we were in post graduation together in 1977-78. He fell in love with a medical student. The medical college was also very near to our college. So she was maybe first year, second year and we were in post graduation classes. He found out the time when she would go on her bicycle to the college. So two, three times he took me with him just to take a look and that will. And then he stopped taking me with him because he was afraid the girl might pay more attention to me. And it was such a sad thing, the girl never paid him any attention.

And then he became like a moron and he began to discuss and that is something, that's why I remember him. He existed alive, very old man and the girl never looked at him. Maybe she was not even aware of it. So never follow his example. That's the moral of the story.
