I’ve seen many people – everybody dreams of becoming rich. But they are poor and if suddenly some money comes to them – people are afraid what to do then. That is not a good situation for them and they are afraid even to spend a single dollar. My father used to say that before earning money you should know how to spend it. Only then money will be useful to you. Otherwise you will keep it in the bank or will leave it for somebody else. So learn how to spend it, use it. Then you will be a good man.

From the time immemorial only Yogis are known to survive without working. If you want to be a yogi, you should leave your family, society, community behind, go into the jungle, find a competent Guru, and do nothing to earn money — only to get food and bed. That will enable you to have a purely objective view on society and you will become wiser and wiser.

The whole society is built for trade and commerce. What the cities are? Money, trade and commerce. So if you want to be away from this rut, you have to go away from society. Only then will you develop an objective view, otherwise it is impossible.

If you are intelligent enough to observe it while living within society — then it’s a different thing. But to develop absolutely objective view, you have to move out of the society from time to time. And if you have an objective view on society, you can use society for your own purpose. You can guide it also and you can survive and continue to develop yourself to an unknown degree.

I think if a talented musician practices yoga, his talent in music will be superfine. Much more imaginative and exulted than before. He cannot stop himself from expressing it, because it is part of him. It will be better and better. What is the reason for him stopping that music?

Music is really inside its maker, then he simply cannot stop it. And knowledge of music will give him much more better understanding for yoga. Because there are certain techniques in music also but ultimately it’s an art. Yoga also looks technical but it is actually an art. I think it will give him certain advantages over others.

A trader or a business person also has a talent. If he practices yoga, he will become a better person. If he is a trader then he will become a better trader.

If you have real duty then practice will make you much better. Yoga is not only discipline — it will develop your mind.

TAKE CARE OF THE GURU

how the person, who is physically limited, can know his dharma?

Guruji: you see, body has immense potential. The more you will develop your consciousness – the more you will understand these things. It’s a sort of reality-show, practical program: how you can overcome difficulties? Otherwise where will be the entertainment, where will be the adventure?

more I’m practicing Kriya – less interest I have to outer life – politics or social, no matter…

Guruji: see- you’re evolving!

I’m coming to the job only to take some money from there…

Guruji: money is important. Because the concept of Kriya yoga, which Babaji give: to make your own career, your own money; don’t live on charity or something – and practice yoga.

that is the question: with practicing yoga we developing our consciousness; when consciousness is more developed – the person becomes more valuable for society; so he can earn more money…

Guruji: of course – he can use his mind, brain. Also he will be in a situation to help many people.

but where is the border between that quantity of money that you need and the greed for them?

Guruji: I think it’s very easy to understand: when you’re sharing, employing so many different people – then it is sharing. When you’re just holding it and doing nothing – then it’s a greed. Sharing is very important.

how important is to share with Guru?

Guruji: very important(smiling) because it’s Guru’s duty also. Disciple will offer things to Guru: then it’s Guru’s duty to use it in a very good way – so the good effect of that thing will go back to the disciple.

so the best is to share with Guru – and Guru will help you to share with others?

Guruji: of course. Guru is a sort of a public figure; if you become Guru – you will become famous. The disciples will always offer something to the Guru – in service or in respect – then it’s up to the Guru, how to use this amount, how to use those things. Because the disciple may not be in contact with so many people and he will have very limited idea of using that money he offer; but because Guru’s mind is more developed, and consciousness is more – so…

SPIRITUALITY AND MONEY

The spirit is the main cause for every material thing: you need to accept this truth.

Then – you have a consciousness also, because spirit is giving you life; life gives you mind, consciousness; then it’s observation from some higher being: what he is deciding to do – pure selfish things – or he cares for the others also.

I’ve noticed myself: if society is prosperous and happy, you will be prosperous as well. If you alone are prosperous and happy – that will create too much jealousy and animosity towards you: it will be a dangerous situation. It is a very good idea to work so that the whole society becomes prosperous.

Mostly it is said that the more prosperous you are – the less spiritual you are?

Guruji: No, this is wrong. The more prosperous you are – and if you are a good person – you will be in a situation and position to help many, many other people also. And by creating some great work, you will be able to give jobs to hundreds and thousands of people: this is a very spiritual thing.

How?

God lives in our heart; so if you are giving 1000 people work, a job, money – means you are serving God indirectly: God is inside them also! Think like that.

But Jesus Christ says it’s very hard for a rich person to reach heaven?

Guruji: Because he can create a heaven on earth itself! That is another point which he failed to mention – or someone failed to record. If you are rich – you can create heaven for yourself and your friends and your dear ones: you don’t need to die to reach heaven. You can create it yourself! For this some money is required – and very good intentions.

MONEY / THE FROG STONE AND THE SNAKE CHARMER

A caterpillar is not afraid to shift its caterpillar form – and fly away like a butterfly. It happens naturally. Instead of creating a cocoon we are creating a home and a house – and live there peacefully till the change will come.

There was a time when only gold and silver were money – and some metallic coins. Then it went to background and we were given pieces of paper - telling us this is money now. We adjusted with that. Now there is a digital number in your mobile; your somewhere this is money now. Even paper money is going on the background. Sometimes I'm afraid – because I'm old-fashioned man: somewhere somebody will push a button – and all digital money will disappear. Then, whatever you will have on your person, - only that will come to your help. So always keep some gold or silver on your person or at home in case of emergency. This is intelligent thinking.

When You were using the frog stone for the first time: Were You nervous when the snake bit that snake charmer?

Guruji: He is going to die and we can do nothing! Main frustration was that I can't do anything to save him. But he was the wiseman, he saved himself. That day I realised that philosophy is nothing. If I will telling him: don't worry, you're not a body, you are a spirit – he would have died. But his vidya, art from his Guru, saved him. Then I became even more friendly and I managed him to agree to teach me that – which he did.

But You did it Yourself?

Guruji:I have done it myself 5-6 times: it works. Every time it was the situation between life and death. This knowledge gives you real confidence. That's why I carry a knife and this thing; because if it is in the room and you're far away – it is a matter of seconds and minutes.

When someone is having a real supernatural experience, all family and friends are trying to explain: no, no, it was just your imagination, you maybe mistaken. That means: if you don't even believe me, how can I call you my family or my friends? If you're not even ready to believe what I'm going through. That is a shocking thing to realize.

This word "Lee" is connected with martial arts – Bruce Lee, Jet Lee and FamiLee (family).

AMBITION • FOCUS • LUCK • A WOMAN’S SUPPORT

Guruji, in one of Your videos You said that ambitions are very important for yogis?

Guruji: not only for yogis – for anybody.

but how is it possible to work hard and at the same time not to be attached to the results?

Guruji: we have been hearing it for more than 50 years now; and I make it different here. If you don’t have any ambition – then why will you work? What is the need for hard work – unless you are a slave? Slaves have no ambitions. And they work hard and get punished for nothing.

If you want to progress in anything – you must have something in your ambition. You must have a dream to follow! Otherwise – what will you do? Think!

What is Krishna saying? You work hard – but don’t think about the fall all the time. But that is a very highly technical situation: once you decide on a goal to achieve – then you work hard to achieve it, absolutely focused.

In that focus: don’t keep thinking whether you will be able to achieve that – or not achieve that; please don’t think about what will happen as a result! Concentrate on the goal – to fulfil the ambition which you have decided upon. Any other thought – and your concentration will go away and you will definitely not achieve it. It’s a highly technical point.

so work hard but at the same time enjoy the process?

Guruji: do it; but don’t doubt yourself at every step – whether I will achieve or not achieve, something will go wrong… that person is not focused.

And we also need to remember: Arjuna was the world champion warrior. And Krishna was the mightiest human being of his time. So those very mighty beings were discussing; their level of focus, their level of ambition was very high.

Once Napoleon was discussing the generals of his army; and someone suggested to him – that was a brilliant general, brilliant strategist and all these things. And what did Napoleon say? I agree absolutely with him. He asked: ok, he is very brilliant – but is he lucky also? Ultimately, it is luck which will swell the results.

So: be brilliant and also keep praying to Lady Luck that she will smile on you.

so, Lady Luck exists even for yogis?

Guruji: I’m sure, yes. Ladies’ support is extremely important!

even if a yogi is practicing very sincerely – he couldn’t achieve such results if he has a lack of luck?

Guruji: if he is a very open-minded person and he is very well-read and physically capable: it means he is lucky to have these qualities. He will achieve results!

If you are dreaming of going to the planet Mars – then you should have enough strength to create a spaceship and fly to Mars. Simply thinking is not enough; you must have enough strength to fulfil it.

And maybe, if luck decides – maybe some UFO will come and take you there. That possibility will always be there.

CHARITY AND FAKE CHARITY

what is Your opinion about help to other people?

Guruji: I can understand it in two ways: either you’re trying to start a business – so by helping people you will make a lot of money; or you’re not a businessman, but genuinely love to help others – those, who are in need. We need to be very clear about this.

it must be the part of life?

Guruji: it will happen naturally: you don’t have to create any organization to help others – you can do it on personal level.

but in “Autobiography of the Yogi”…

Guruji: it’s an exceptional case, extraordinary: you cannot generalize it. And remember: Steve Jobs was not keeping Pope’s photography in his ipad – he kept “Autobiography of the Yogi”

GREED

sometimes You’re saying very disturbing things?

Guruji: this is human nature: we love to destroy ourselves and we’re doing it very good.

is this the purpose of life?

Guruji: business. Only because of the business we’re just creating so much problems. And greed is basis of every business. Greed is the basis of all business . But from the Godfather: don’t take it personally – it’s all business.

I’m sorry, You’re enjoying “Godfather”?

Guruji: it is a very good book. I’ve read it maybe 45 years before – and I saw the movies also.

In the hope of security we create big walls around us and heavy locks on the gates; and then we lock ourselves inside. And then we think we’re safe. This is what we are all doing. We need to go out of those walls.

THE SIGN OF WISDOM

What is the sign of wisdom?

Is it talking about the unknown or the unseeable?

But I think, I am a man from Earth.

A very fat bank account is the real marker of wisdom.

MONEY IS MULADHAR

MULADHAR, money is the base.

Then you go to SWADHISTHAN.

Swadhisthan means your own place. So you will have your own penthouse or a big mansion or something.

And you will be able to buy so many jewels, diamonds, MANI.

Mani is jewels.

ANAHAD, whatever you will say, the world will listen.

VISHUDH, money will make you the purest of the pure!

And AGYA chakra, whatever you will say — will be like an order.

And you enjoy. A thousand years of prosperity or fame. You will be remembered.

SAHASRARA, you will see thousands of ways to make money. More famous — more fame.

Money is MULADHAR.

INCREASE INCOME

Quotation of one mother of our Bollywood star: Sharukh Khan is the very famous star – he was telling in one interview that: my mother used to say – never cut expenses, increase your income. I like it; cutting expenses is nothing. You should be man enough or woman enough to increase your income.

ABOUT CHARITY AND ORGANIZATIONS

Guruji, Your opinion and Your attitude towards charity: it must be from the heart; or maybe because you’re earning enough money – society thinks you must share; or if you feel that they are professionals doing nothing – so you don’t need to help them?

Guruji: charity is good. Whether it is from the heart or from society, social pressure. If you can do it – please, do it!

but in any case we cannot help everyone

Guruji: no, charity is not to help everyone: only those whom you can help.

but then you will suffer that you helped one person and don’t help other – so you’re bad?

Guruji: whichever person comes in your life, who needs charity – do that.

so you must feel it from the heart?

Guruji: not feeling exactly; it’s a social obligation living in society: do something!

but it could be the situation – like many migrants in other countries – who deliberately do nothing only to live on charity

Guruji: but you’re not giving them charity

that is the point! So you must feel that the person is really in need?

Guruji: no, don’t judge. You never know.

ok, another very famous situation now: you buy our goods – and all money we will spend on charity?

Guruji: it is a business program. I’m talking about personal charity: whenever you see someone needs help – so help. When you give charity to some organization – it’s mostly waste. Look around! You will see many animals suffering, many people who are too shy to ask for help – it’s your outlook: you see the needed and help.

so charity to the organization working with charity is not a good thing?

Guruji: it’s just business program.

MY MEANS

I don’t know why I keep saying such things.

I have always lived beyond my means.

Finally means are catching up!

GURUJI’S UPADESH

You must make enough kitchen money and flow with life, doing what you like best, what you want to do best. If you set the goal now – with your limited consciousness and limited development of mind- it may not be good now, because tomorrow you may start to dislike your own goal. My suggestion as a yogi: earn enough kitchen money – so you can relax: enough money will make your life easier; then flow with life. When some new opportunity comes and you will be intelligent enough to recognise it and avail it; that approach, in my opinion, is good.

Elaborating on what I just said – I’ll tell you the very old story. In olden times that was the rich businessman travelling to do business with all his caravans; and he has bag full of gold coins. Before entering the city they were all thirsty so he also went to take water from a well, he put his bag full of gold coins on the border. Accidently the whole bag fell into the well. He declared: that whoever will bring my bag – I will give him something. There was one strong man, he jumped into the well, and brought out that bag full of coins. Businessman was so happy – he wants to give him five gold coins, but the man said: you told me, you will give me something – now give me something! Even he offered to take the whole bag, he said – no, you told me to give me something – now you must give me something! The argument increases so much that they had to go to the king of the city. King heard with the great patience; then the glass – the bowl of drink was brought to the king: something was lying there. So he asked that idiot: what is in this? He said: o king, there is something in it! Ok, take it, and go away!

The point is: you should be intelligent enough to recognise the opportunity which is coming to you and avail it! The goal was: I want something – and he got something. Never think like this: think and ponder on this wisdom – and you may achieve great things!

LOVE AND MONEY.

Well, since I became conscious, I’ve been hearing the word love, love, love.

Everybody wants to know what love is!

And they keep missing the obvious thing: we all love money!

Don’t ignore it!

We love it!

MONEY AND THOUGHTS.

Well, everybody is worrying about why their mind is not calm, why there is a big cyclone of thoughts going around in their own mind.

I said, as we talked about chakras and power: if you have desired money in the bank and a home, you will have a very peaceful mind!

No cyclone of thoughts will come and disturb you, because you know you are secure!

See, money is not money because you are greedy — it provides you great security also.

Even for the future!

Think on that!

And I’m old-fashioned so I have different theory here. Some time back gold and silver were the real money. Then it went to the background and we were given the pieces of paper as money. Now it is again going back and you have a digital number somewhere which is your money. Some day somebody will press a button and this money will disappear: then, what you have on your person – will help you. It’s grassroots level approach.

RICH PEOPLE

life is too short

Guruji: that’s the beauty of life – it’s too short. There always a place for some adventures or misadventures.

is it true that just before death people realized – if they had done something in their life?

Guruji: I’ve seen many old men dying and I’ve talk with them; amazing thing is – most of them had the feeling they have done nothing in life. It’s common thing. Except few people who were great athletes or wrestlers – they were more in peace and more confident: yes, I did something. Simply making money or creating a family – they were feeling empty. But when you achieve something physically – that men were very confident. That old man was talking about what he did, won the competition – he has the center in his life. We need to think more seriously on this topic. Most of the great scholars – I saw some of the great Sanskrit scholars just before they were dying – and they have the feeling they have done nothing in life and achieve nothing. I ask - what about your great degrees? – but they say it’s nothing. That is the very alarming situation.

what about people who were giving something to others?

Guruji: only very few people who were actually done something for some people. They were very much at peace with themselves. And without any thinking that someone will return to them – just they did it. But most of the rich people were feeling more afraid to die. Because they will loose much more money( laughing).

if rich person while dying will think only about money – he will took birth in very rich or very poor family?

Guruji: it depends on his karma: if he exert the poor man, if he gain his money not from grace or fortune but from a crime – that means he was not that honest also; so many complicated things will come.

if person did charity – will his ego remove?

Guruji: if he will actually charity with the feeling of sharing – then it’s a very great thing. I know some people: they are really good and they don’t do it in the name of charity. That is another point: they don’t say – I donate this much amount to someone or something, no. they share it – and that attitude makes all the difference.

SECRET OF AWAKENING OF THE KUNDALINI

We just discovered something,by discussing with him.

Mula is money! Muladhar means - money is the

real base. So when your power is rising of money, mula - you go to the Swadhistan,

you are satisfied in yourself.

Then you go higher, and go to Manipur chakra, mani means jewels, And you are in the condition to by any jewels.

Then you rise high and you establish in Anahata chakra. That means, whatever sound you will make, the whole world will listen.

After you cross this, you reach Vishuddha chakra, Everything is pure for you because money purified everything.

Then you rise above, you will reach the Agya chakra. Agya chakra means, then everybody will follow Your orders , Agya.

Then you reach Sahasrar. That means you will multiply your money more than a thousands times.

That is the secret of awakening of the Kundalini.

SAINT VS RICH

I’m 68 years old, and I’ve been observing

the world, in a different way. I’m saying that the Saint and a Rich man are same:

when a saint is happy with you - he will give you blessings, when a rich man is happy with you - he will give you money.

Both are same.

And money is as good as blessings.

Question: Guruji, Your opinion, You think, that making any money, is spiritual?

Guruji: Wow, first I will say Happy Holi! We are celebrating Holi!

And this is such spiritual question has come to my way. Because, She is able to ask, because there is spirit inside her. So the question is spiritual.

Only with a spirit which Is giving You live you are able to make some money. That is real spiritual thing you can do with support of your spirit.

THE FINAL LUXURY BY LEAVING THE KINGDOM BEHIND

Here is the very grassroots level saying about continuation: tapeshvari so rajeshvari, rajeshvari so yogeshvari. That means roughly: when you do the great tapas – you will become a king, when as a king you have done great deeds – then you become a yogi. So maybe he become a yogi.

Q : is that obligatory stage for the yogi – to be the king in one of incarnations?

Guruji : probably: take it like a training. You cannot train become a king without become a yogi. Mindset will become absolutely different. That means: the monarchy time is over – now the yogis time is coming, hopefully.

Q : in that time it was the highest in the social structure?

Guruji : king is sovereign, he is the highest. In the old time they were saying: I’m the ruler of all. King is the king – you cannot even imagine the power they had.

for what this stage was needed for a yogi?

Guruji : when you have everything then this is the final luxury to leave everything. The freedom to leave – that is the final luxury. When you have nothing to leave – then what you will leave? They could enjoy the final luxury by leaving the kingdom behind. Amazing mental state.

Q : so in yogic incarnation he will not have the hooks of material wishes?

Guruji : nothing, he has already left them.

Q : that’s why Lahiri Mahasaya wanted the palace – something missed from previous life?

Guruji : probably.

I’M NOT FORCING YOU TO BE A MONK

what is Your opinion that if you’re in Kriya yoga – but want to visit Buddhist temple or the church?

Guruji: anywhere – wherever you want to go. We don’t put limitations on our disciples.

the question is – if you will take part in Buddhist puja or Christian ritual?

Guruji: do it – I don’t care for that.

what if I will chant some mantras here?

Guruji: do it, but don’t tell them you’re practicing Kriya yoga: otherwise they will become cautious. We’re here not to limit you. Whatever you will be doing – you will be doing with your brain. Maybe tomorrow I’ll tell you how Buddha received the enlightenment.

how important is to live the ascetic way of life? If we want to earn some money or to choose some good material things?

Guruji: we’re not making you a monk. Even monks are begging for money: you earn it on your own.

the question is about a process of making money: it’s also very interesting and exciting process…

Guruji: making money is not an easy thing; you must have the certain development of your mind and your purpose is very clear: I have to make money. How much you will be able to make it will depend on your capacity and abilities.

There is no difference between a rich man and a saint in my opinion: when a saint is happy with you – he will give you blessings; when a rich man is happy with you – he will give you money, which is a blessing in a way. Main thing is: making money is fine, but you must know how actually use it and spend it. That’s the main thing. I will quote a very old saint: what for money? But see that money works for you, remember that.

THE LATEST LUXURY

yesterday someone made the conclusion that if the yogi is not rich – he is not a good yogi?

Guruji: I said the yogi who may not be looking rich, maybe enjoying the last luxury: freedom to leave everything behind.

what does it mean?

Guruji: suppose you have earned 10 billion dollars, it’s your luxury: ok, you don’t want them anymore – you ‘re free: that is last luxury. But you cannot leave what you don’t have.

so the main thing is neither richness nor poverty but your attitude towards this situation?

Guruji: no, the very poor man who never see money – he will never even imagine, how money makes you feel. His imagination will remain very limited. But the rich man, who simply kicked away 10 billion dollars – he will be far more wiser and deeper person than poor man.

what will be the boon for him if he just discards these 10 billion?

Guruji: he’s enjoying himself – last luxury!

Q; he will have abilities like a yogi?

Guruji: this is not a question of being a yogi: this is a question of enjoying the last luxury.

it is good when you’re living for thousands of years or you’re immortal

Guruji: I think you won’t care for these things anymore

... at first money was the silver and gold, then it was changed into paper and now you have the plastic card with the number on it. Someday someone could push the button and all your money will disappear. But whatever you will be having on your person will remain with you( shows all his rings). This is grass root level wisdom – always have something gold or silver on your person and in a case of emergency you could deal with it. And also it has ornamental value. And in a case of fight you can use your rings like brass knuckles.

All the gems are directly from Earth. And they affect directly our mind, our decisions, so you must decide very carefully which thing you will carry on yourself.

… this is hardly practical thing. Quality of your tapas and ambition.

So, you must make enough money, kitchen money and flow with life. Doing what you like best, what you want to do best. If you will set a goal now with your limited consciousness and limited development of mind, it may not be good now because tomorrow you may start to dislike your own goal. My suggestion as a yogi is earn enough kitchen money so you can relax. Enough money will make you easier, life easier. Then flow with life. And when some new opportunity comes, then you will be intelligent enough to recognize it and avail it. That approach, in my opinion, is good. Thank you.

He said, oh king, there is something in it. Okay, take it and go. So the point is, you should be intelligent enough to recognize the opportunity which is coming to you. and grab it and avail it. So the goal was, I want something. And you got something. Never think in that land. Think and ponder on this wisdom and you may achieve great things. Thank you.

Everybody is born with some special thing inside: if you continue to look at others – I don’t think you’re going to find out what is hiding inside you. Everybody is born with some specialty inside them. So go deep down inside you, explore, you will come up with that. Then hold on to it, develop it. If you will be inspired by looking at someone- if you want to copy that person’s lifestyle, then this cultivation may not be everything for you. Everybody is a unique individual: so find out, what is hiding inside you and let it come.

Q: if someone inspires you – what you must to do?

Guruji: inspiration is ok, it’s a very good thing. But you must also work hard. And I keep saying: if one man can achieve something – others can also achieve it. If they have that drive to achieve – anyone can do it.

Q: what do You mean – that you must not copy?

Guruji: you see, some people – this is the general trend – we see the very famous movie star with this thing and the fashion will begin to dress like him, hairstyle he do – but we not going to become that star. Of course, if you like the style he dresses – you can do it, but always remember: the hard work, which he put behind him.

I remember one interview with one Bollywood star, he is no longer there. He was old and suffering with some kidney problems, but he love to drive; his name was Shami Kapoor – one of the greatest actors in Bollywood. Reporter asked him: good looks are the gift from god, talent is the gift from god, when where is hard work? And his answer is still inside me – I admire this man only for this answer: he said – agreed, good looks are a gift of god, great talent is a gift of god, but you should be educated enough to use them – that is hard work! He said it the best.

People don’t look at hard work and all the frustrations they have gone through before they became so shining. I think intelligent person will always look behind the scene.

A millionaire’s story is also very interesting. In the beginning he was not a rich person at all. He was trading oil just enough for his household. He had a bore-well and he was selling water for almost two-three hundred rupees per day. He came to me and I just asked: “What are you doing?” – “This is my source of income”. Then I told him that water and air are for everybody – “You should not sell it, you must give it. Immediately”, I said. From that very moment he began to give the water for free, whoever may come can take it. I told him to leave this kind of income. Then I supported him mentally and he began to grow. Now he is a millionaire in dollars. He is into eatable oils also – that you have in meal like mustard oil.

Without oil you can survive but without water you cannot.

Guruji: “People say to get ahead in life one has to do Parisram. But i say Mehanat is more hard than even Parisram. How? In Sanskrit the word Mehan means Urine. So such hard work that person even passes out the urine, Mehanat starts from there. So do Mehnat and get ahead in life!”

some time ago you told that the criteria of the development of the consciousness in the physical world is the capacity to earn money?

Guruji: it’s just one of the expressions – but it is just very limited expression of your consciousness. The main criteria is how much you can understand life, how much you’re able to care of your loved ones and if you’re loved by others. Developed consciousness command this.

…consciousness of any person will bring him lots of love from others – admiration also, appreciation also.

but where is a lot of love – there is a lot of hate?

Guruji: only jealous people – but inside their heart they will also like him and appreciate him. That’s a beauty of highly developed consciousness.

but if we take the evil characters from comics like dr.No – they also have developed consciousness?

Guruji: their consciousness were developed for destructive purposes and nobody loves them – they afraid of them, they fear them and hated them also. Even more higher consciousness commands lots of love. Everybody loves to read about James Bond, but dr.No – just another villain James Bond faced. His consciousness was also destructive but in the very constructive way.

Only those who were full of life could plunge into the depths of life. Everywhere it in found that dead bodies float, but it takes life to take a plunge.

If we take an overview of the entire human society we find that a fairly large percentage of people despise their work or dislike it and the success keeps itself away from them. Whenever we come across a person who loves his work, we are facing a successful person.

Those alone who could realize the truth of life could speak out the truth. Those who could not realize the truth of life are living a false life and can never come out with the truth.

Strong human efforts combined with extremely sharp intellect are necessary for attaining heights of glory.

When realism springs up in the heart; no achievement is far away.

Feeling of assurance, which arises when the belly is full, kills greatest ambitions of a person.

A person who blazes all along his life in the anxiety of dousing the fire of hunger ultimately burns in the fire of funeral.

Those who perform tainted acts in the assumption that acts were pious indeed face a consequence by way of which they blaze all their life in repentance. In order to assuage the burns of repentance, the only lotion is to temper in the fire of yoga.

It is necessary to have greatness in a person for performing great tasks. Only those who had greatness could succeed in executing great tasks in this world.

Curiously is born at the moment a question terminates, knowledge begins form where curiosity terminates.

A person who desires to elevate his life to the heights of greatness should never forget the past events of his life as well as his mistakes. Because this is that face of life, the experience of which provides him with the impetus to proceed towards attaining greatness by forsaking his own trivialities. Also he gets to realize that whatever he has done and has endured should not be repeated in life.

Secret of success of a successful person can be understood by observing an unsuccessful person. The only difference between the two is that an unsuccessful person is unaware of what desires to achieve in life and his potential and for this reason his disoriented efforts give him the result of failure.

On the other hand a successful person has realized what he desires in his life and he knows his potential. These are those reasons due to which his focused efforts give him the success of attaining results.

Those who consider merely earning for livelihood as work pass away their life by remaining a worker. Those who endeavor to know Brahma become knower.

When a person begins to understand himself very well he becomes mature with the capacity to understand others. A person advances towards understanding himself through the medium of others.

A person leaves his footprints on the sands of time by means of his expressions.

Q: what is the cause that to one people some technics of Kriya Yoga are easier than others and to other people – another ones?

Guruji: doctors and scientists say – it depends on genetics and DNA. But with enough practice anybody can be trained to a perfect level. You just need to work hard and be very regular in that.

Regularity and the optimum performance all the time is the name of the game. Never give any concession to yourself. Never feel pity about yourself!!!

Q: in Yoga Vasishtha it is said that there is only two causes to not achieve the goal – absence of right understanding and laziness?

Guruji: I think they go together. Absence of right understanding – only lazy person have this thing. Lack of understanding – that’s why they are lazy.

Q: maybe the laziness is not exist at all – such people are just not enough inspired?

Guruji: there is no challenge in their life.

Q: or maybe there is not right motivation?

Guruji: motivation is nothing. The real thing is to have a challenge. If there is challenge – it will stir you up and you will feel like a warrior and then you will go out to achievement. Challenges are needed!

Motivation is for corporate people. So the company will continuously make profit and they continue to work until they off. For us challenge is more important.

Generally most of the people -we love no problems. We love security, small things, and we are happy with that. And I see no harm in that also – if he is happy then why not, let him be. It is only by fate or destiny some challenges are actually come to face.

And that is your real test – that if you’re able to stand up to the challenge – then a very different level of development begins. It is good to have challenges. And it is very good to relax and do nothing.

Q: is it so bad relax and do nothing?

Guruji: no. I’m not saying it. I’m saying – it is one thing, why not? Today in the morning I remember two lines of one urdu poem:

When you reach a destination or a goal – it is your thoughts, which die. Otherwise the way continues beyond your achievement and a goal. It is one of my favorites.
